One of the greatest, most prolific, and creative painters of the 20th century, he produced paintings, prints, ceramics, and sculptures. The Picasso Museums in Madrid, Paris, and Antibes, as well as the Ludwig Museum in Cologne, house many of Picasso's works, and many other museums also competed to acquire his art. His style changed with the times, and influenced by African sculpture, he created Cubism.
