One of the 20th century's greatest, most prolific, and creative painters, he produced paintings, prints, ceramics, and sculptures. The Picasso Museum in Madrid, Paris, and Antibes, as well as the Museum Ludwig in Cologne, house many of his works. Many museums competed to acquire Picasso's art, and his style changed with the times. Influenced by African sculpture, he created Cubism.
