One of the greatest, most prolific, and creative artists of the 20th century, producing paintings, prints, ceramics, and sculptures. The Picasso Museums in Madrid, Paris, and Antibes, as well as the Museum Ludwig in Cologne, house many of his works, and many museums competed to acquire his art. His style changed throughout his life, influenced by African sculpture, which led to the creation of Cubism.
