He was one of the greatest, most prolific, and creative painters of the 20th century, producing paintings, prints, ceramics, and sculptures. The Picasso Museums in Madrid, Paris, and Antibes, as well as the Museum Ludwig in Cologne, house many of his works, and many other museums also vied to acquire Picassos. His style changed with the times, and he was influenced by African sculpture, leading him to create Cubism.
