One of the greatest, most prolific, and most creative artists of the 20th century, he produced paintings, prints, ceramics, and sculptures. The Picasso Museum in Madrid and Paris, the Musée Picasso in Antibes, and the Museum Ludwig in Cologne all house many of Picasso's works, and many other museums also competed to acquire Picasso's pieces. His style changed throughout different periods, and influenced by African sculpture, he created Cubism.
