Description
This large-format work was created in the form of a fictional letter to a friend by French-American artist **Niki de Saint Phalle**.
Motifs reminiscent of her colorful, childlike worldview and distinctive imagery such as chicks are depicted, creating a humorous and lighthearted canvas. At the same time, the work also alludes to social and political themes.
This silkscreen was created for an art campaign to raise funds for the **Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles**, which was established in 1979.
