Jacqueline Debutler develops a unique abstract sculptural language based on color and form. In this work, opaque tape is used as a material to structure the pictorial space while highlighting the texture of the vibrant background. The combination of scarlet red, purple, and sky blue tones creates a bright, luminous, and strong chromatic energy across the entire surface, evoking a new perception of the painted surface.
