Work Description

A large bouquet of Coquelicot is painted against the backdrop of Venice, and to the left of it, a pile of rose petals is arranged in a transparent compote. The rose compote in the lower left is painted in a triangular composition, and the main bouquet of Coquelicot is painted in the shape of an inverted triangle, and these two objects work together to create a large triangular composition. A bamboo blind is painted above the bouquet of Coquelicot, allowing the Coquelicot to peek in and out. In the distance, the spire of the famous St. George's Church in Venice and the dome roof of St. Mark's Basilica are painted, and between the window where the bouquet is placed and Venice, the sea of Venice is painted as blue, pink, yellow, and green light on the water surface. By painting the bamboo blind, the canvas is divided into the lower part (Venice landscape, sea, black window), the central part (the vivid bouquet of sky and Coquelicot) and the upper part (bamboo blind), and at the same time, the blind is painted even closer to the Coquelicot and roses in the foreground, further enhancing the sense of perspective. ,
