Nicole Clement <The Field of Coquelicot and Daisy> Pastel 8 pages

Born in 1943 near Paris. A pastel artist. He travels between the Château de Chapelle Bertrand, inherited from his ancestors in the Perche region, and his studio in Paris, painting the rural landscapes of the Paris suburbs and the Perche region. He uses changes in color to define shapes, rather than outlines, and fills the canvas with bright light. He is the Vice President of the Salon du Dessin et de la Peinture à l'Eau, held annually at the Grand Palais in Paris, and President of the Salon de Colombes near Paris.

In 1984, he won the Pastel Gold Medal at the Salon de Paris and many other awards.
