Jean Godin is a representative painter of the contemporary French art world, with his works collected by museums and local governments and receiving numerous awards. Born in Angers on the banks of the Loire River, France in 1943. Graduated from the National School of Fine Arts in Angers. Received numerous awards, including the French Artists Association Prize, and his works are held in the collections of museums such as the Aime Museum. His works are regularly exhibited in galleries throughout Europe and the United States, and in Japan, his works were exhibited at the Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi main store in 2012, after which they are sold in famous department stores.
