Godard is far removed from the geometric and rigorous compositions of the Cubists, harmoniously depicting his fantasies with nature. Born in Angers, on the banks of the Loire River in France, in 1943. Graduated from the National School of Fine Arts in Angers. He has received numerous awards, including the French Artists Association Award, and his works are housed in the Aime City Museum, among others. Regular exhibitions are held in galleries throughout Europe and in American galleries, and in Japan, his works were exhibited at Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi Main Store in 2012, and have since been handled by famous department stores.
