He paints the beautiful rural landscapes of Southern Germany and the Tuscany region of Italy, as well as nostalgic Parisian street corners. He masterfully harmonizes the grace of French Impressionism with the intense brushwork and colors of German Expressionism. He is also highly popular in Austria, North America, and the United States.

Born in Cologne, Germany, an ancient Roman city, in 1969. After graduating from Rheinbach Design Academy and Rhein-Sieg Academy of Fine Arts, he dedicated himself to painting while also teaching at his alma mater. In Japan, he has gained popularity through solo and group exhibitions at famous department stores such as Mitsukoshi and Daimaru.
